Co-Founded in 1987 by Mark and Shari Massey, Evergreen Property Management, Inc. has worked passionately on behalf of owners, investors, and renters throughout Northern Colorado.

I have been renting through Evergreen for over a year. Finding a new home during the pandemic was difficult but Evergreen made it so easy. The service people are not only professional but kind and respectful of my space. The office staff keeps in great communication with when someone will come out and then checking if everything worked out to my satisfaction. I live in an older property so it has it’s quirks and older appliances but they are endearing to me and I love everything about my home!

I have been working with Evergreen Property Management for more than 25 years, and overall it has been an excellent experience. The staff is adept at keeping the properties in good shape and the tenants as well as owners happy without breaking the bank--not an easy task! They may not be the cheapest management company in town, but you get what you pay for in this case.
