Property Services Group, Inc., a division of Evergreen Property Management, Inc., can resolve any maintenance issue that may occur in your unit. Our skilled technicians are able to handle maintenance issues such as GFCI installation, garbage disposal repair, door locks, wall patches, and more. Our project team can coordinate bathroom and kitchen remodels as well as
interior painting, flooring replacement, and more.
Skilled Technicians
Our technicians have over 50 years of cumulative experience in a wide variety of residential maintenance. We offer a 24 hour on call service for emergencies.
Vendor Relationships
We take pride in the relationships that we have cultivated with our vendors. We have negotiated priority scheduling and preferred rates with most of our vendors to benefit our clients. All of our vendors are required to provide general liability and workers comp insurance and a W9.
Property
inspections
We will inspect your property twice a year to check for lease compliance, preventative maintenance, and potential property updates. These inspection reports can be shared with owners upon request.
