Katie Wolfrum

Katie started working for Evergreen in March 2024. She was raised in the rolling hills of the Mid-Ohio Valley in SE Ohio and NW West Virginia. She grew up loving hiking, kayaking, and fishing, and still loves to be surrounded by nature. When the opportunity presented itself in 2012 to move to Colorado, where she could further enjoy being outdoors, she jumped at it. She grew up watching This Old House, HGTV, and TLC design shows, and helping her family and their church with Habitat for Humanity and landscaping projects. She also always had an eye for interior design and photography, so naturally, real estate became a passion of hers. She and her husband, Logan have renovated three homes of their own and it truly is a passion they share.

Katie also loves cooking plant-based meals, reading historical fiction novels, and caring for all her house plants and fur children Hatcher, Isabelle, and Lana. Katie has over 15 years of customer service experience and helping others is what gets her out of bed in the morning. She is so excited to learn another facet of real estate and further ingrain herself in her community, share her passion for homeownership, and help others find a home of their own.
