Nikki Williamson

Nikki started with Evergreen in February of 2020. She is a Colorado native, graduated from Colorado State University in 2015 with a Business Management degree. She then pursued her real estate broker’s license and has been a licensed Colorado broker since 2016. In her free time she enjoys playing sports, being out on a lake, and a good game night with friends. She has always had a passion for homes and after buying her first property, her love for remodeling came to life.

She is a skilled painter and came to Evergreen to enhance her skill set with all aspects of a home remodel. She easily transitioned into the office as a maintenance scheduler and now oversees and offers support to all our field staff!

She likes that every day at Evergreen is different, you get to see results and feel proud of the work accomplished to ensure the properties are in the best condition for tenants! She hopes to own rental properties of her own in the near future with the help of Evergreen Property Management, Inc.
